Historical Note: Baylor Pictures was a subsidiary company within Baylor Picture Frame Corp., which was founded by James Etheridge Baylor, Sr. in 1961.  The venture was a partnership with Norfolk native, watercolor painter Kenneth Harris, and attorney Daniel H. Payne.  Baylor Pictures was formed to distribute color prints of Kenneth Harris's paintings.
