Biographical Note for Bulifant, Littleton Waller Tazewell : Littleton Waller Tazewell Bulifant was born on February 19, 1825 in Virginia. He was a grocer who lived for much of his life in Petersburg, Virginia. He married Ellen A. Williams on February 23 or 26, 1852 in Surry, Virginia. Bulifant died on March 29, 1905 and was buried at Blandford Cemetery in Petersburg, Virginia.
