Biographical Note for Stansbury, Frances Calvert (1908-1972) : Frances Calvert Stansbury was born on October 25, 1908 in Virginia. She worked for the Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk, Virginia as an editor for the Society section of the paper. Stansbury died on May 6, 1972 in Norfolk, Virginia and was buried at Elmwood Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
