Biographical Note for Atlantic Hotel (Norfolk, Va.) (1867-1902) : The Atlantic Hotel was located at the corner of Main Street and Granby Street in Norfolk, Virginia. This was the second building in Norfolk called the Atlantic Hotel, built by architect Edmund G. Lind of Baltimore, Maryland. Sometimes referred to as the New Atlantic Hotel, it was destroyed by fire on January 31, 1902.
