Brief Description: Primarily 1930s correspondence from Mary Hope Harcum at State Teachers College in Fredericksburg, Virginia to her mother, Christie Barker Harcum, at 1055 Hanover Avenue in the neighborhood of Larchmont in Norfolk, Virginia. Also included are greeting cards, two photographs, a 1931-1932 program card, two small calendars dated 1931 and 1932, a recipe for plain cake, two obituaries, and a January 1922 clipping from The Woman's Magazine.
