Biographical Note for Yeatts, Virginia Moses (1914-2001) : Virginia Moses Yeatts was born on January 4, 1914 in Norfolk, Virginia. She attended State Teachers College in Farmville, Virginia and became a teacher at James Madison School in Norfolk, Virginia. Yeatts married William Saunders Yeatts on August 23, 1947 in Norfolk, Virginia. In addition to Norfolk, she also resided for parts of her life in Chatham, Virginia and Danville, Virginia. Yeatts died on September 28, 2001 in Danville, Virginia and was buried at Chatham Burial Park in Chatham, Virginia.
