Biographical Note

John Eyre was born on May 2, 1768 in Northampton County, Virginia. He was a farmer and lived at Eyre Hall. Eyre married Ann Upshur on February 24, 1800 in Northampton, Virginia. He died on June 19, 1855 in Northampton, Virginia and was buried in the Eyre Hall cemetery.
