Biographical Note
Lida A. Godfrey Casper was born in Princess Anne County, Virginia on September 16, 1903. She married Foy Clifton Casper and together they had a son: Foy Clifton Casper, Jr. Casper was a member of the Princess Anne County American Legion Auxiliary. She died in Virginia Beach, Virginia on November 7, 1991 and was buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
