Biographical Note

Eliza "Lily" Baird Leigh was born on November 28, 1862 in Columbia, Tennessee. She lived for most of her life in Norfolk, Virginia. Leigh married Geoffrey Morgan on September 27, 1888 in Norfolk. She died on January 8, 1952 at the Mary F. Ballentine Home and was buried at Elmwood Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
