Scope and Contents of the Materials

Two autograph albums belonging to Inez Jiggetts of Norfolk, Virginia. The first album is dated February 1944 and features autographs of Jiggetts's classmates at Booker T. Washington High School. The second album is dated circa 1960 and features handwritten best wishes and good luck from various individuals.

Biographical Note

Inez Jiggetts was born on April 27, 1926. She lived at 728 Windsor Avenue, 918 Wood Street, and 514 New Jersey Avenue in Norfolk, Virginia. She attended Booker T. Washington High School. She died on June 18, 2008 in Norfolk, Virginia and was buried at Calvary Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
