Biographical Note
Rolf Anders Williams was born on July 24, 1953 in Norfolk, Virginia. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration at The College of William and Mary in 1976. Williams married Alice Elizabeth "Beth" Oast on May 6, 1995 in Norfolk, Virginia. He was Honorary Consul of Norway in Norfolk, Virginia.
