One reinspection report on the properties of the City of Norfolk in Norfolk, Virginia, submitted in September 1949 by Dobie, Bell & Henderson, Inc. of Norfolk, Virginia. The report includes a table of contents listing city-owned buildings in alphabetical order and their accompanying page numbers. It was created as an addenda to a report submitted in 1938 and lists the present day sound value of the buildings along with any discrepancies from good fire protection practices.
