Scope and Contents of the Materials

One 1989 map approved by the Southeastern Virginia Metropolitan Planning Organization showing southside Hampton Roads, Virginia and routes with no major recommendations, facility recommendations to be improved, proposed new highway facilities, bridge replacement/rehabilitation, proposed interchange, proposed grade separation, and number of proposed lanes. The map covers Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Suffolk and includes two inset maps. The first inset shows areas north and south of the Elizabeth River including downtown Norfolk, downtown Portsmouth, and Berkley. The second inset shows downtown Suffolk.
