Brief Description: Photographs relating to Robert R. Lambert's service in the United States military during World War II in Manila, Philippines; Yokohama, Japan; and Tokyo, Japan. One photograph shows a corporal standing beside a sign for 863rd Engineer Aviation Battalion, recognizing the unit's 19th month overseas. Another photograph shows a tugboat pulling the USS General George M. Randall (AP-115). Several photographs are stamped: "Passed by Base Army Examiner." Finally, there is one July 24, 1943 card from Headquarters E. U. T. C., Camp Claiborne, Louisiana recognizing Robert R. Lambert's completion of a course in carpentry.
