One 1800-1803 account ledger belonging to William Vaughan (1753-1811) of Norfolk, Virginia. Also, one 1803 edition of The Book of Common Prayer, with inscriptions on the family of James Briggs Vaughan (1780-1828) of Gloucester County, Virginia and his wife Susan Hancock Hoggard (1788-1814).

Handwritten Births and Deaths pages are located between The Psalter and Articles of Religion toward the middle of the book, circa 1780-1814. There is faint text handwritten in pencil on the second to last page of the Bible.

Includes funeral card for Miss Diana Hoggard, January 4, 1832, addressed to Miss Susan Vaughan, Norfolk, Virginia.
