Box 1: Wax Charter Seals, 1736 September 15Add to your cart.
Three seals, each housed in separate enclosures. Police Museum tag reads, "Three old great charter wax seals, dated Sep't. 15th., 1736. Made in England. Crumbling yet have withstood the ravages of time for centuries. Turned over to Police Museum by Mr. W. L. Prieur Jr., Clerk of Corporation Court. Exhibit No. One."

One ship model. Police Museum tag reads, "Merrimac copy original model. Made by late Mr. L. A. Hall and donated by Mr. Hall's son Mr. Lewis E. Hall. Exhibit No. 107."

Various artifacts from the Norfolk Police Museum, including piece of a cane made from the hull of the Merrimac, solid mahogany gavel made from a court house stair rail, a ceremonial key to Williamsburg, an autographed baseball, and photographic slides featuring former City of Norfolk Chiefs of Police.
