Scope and Contents: One monograph compiled by Lawrence Herbert Coleman, President of the Church Street Business and Professional Association, and published by the Church Street Business and Profressional Association.  This ambition was an effort to encourage City Council to act on the historic preservation of Church Street in Norfolk, Virginia through photograph and imagery, newspaper articles, historic presentations and reports.
