Biographical Note

William Henry Talbot was born in 1824 or 1825. He married Elizabeth Minton Wright Talbot on October 17, 1863 in Norfolk, Virginia. He died on August 9, 1884 and was buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
