Four letters and a newspaper article relating to Clifford I. Millard's article "The Acadians in Virginia," published in The Virginia Magazine of History and Biography in July 1932.

Biographical Note

Clifford Isaac Millard was born on September 6, 1861 in Burlington, Iowa. He married Nellie Dayton Drake on June 14, 1888 in Burlington, Iowa. He was a salesman in the lumber industry. Millard died on April 7, 1940 in Norfolk, Virginia and was buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
