Contains proposals for the organization, development, design and storage for the Norfolk Center for Ocean Environments. This was a Master of Architecture thesis project at North Carolina State University.

Scope and Contents of the Materials

Twenty pages with drawings of the current architectural structure of, and proposed alterations to, the Boush Cold-Storage Building on Boush Street in Norfolk, Virginia. Also included is a one-page professional resume of Louise Efird Andrews.
