Biographical Note
Julia Irene Gray Parker was born on December 14, 1901. She married Shaffer Sitton Parker on November 29, 1924 in Norfolk, Virginia. Parker died on November 2, 1979 in Norfolk, Virginia and was buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
