Name: Lindblad, Arnold H. (1919-2003)

Historical Note: Arnold "Tubby" Hugo Lindblad, Sr. was born on September 10, 1919 in Brooklyn, New York. He married Jeanne Louise Falconer on March 1, 1942 in Camden, North Carolina. He retired from the United States Army and Virginia State Army National Guard after 38 years of service, from 1941-1979. Lindblad also retired from the C&P Telephone Company as a phone installer. He served as president of the Old Dominion Bottle Club in Norfolk, Virginia and wrote as an expert of glass bottle collecting in the local newspaper column "Hot Line." Lindblad died on July 28, 2003 and was buried at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Virginia.
