Scope and Contents of the Materials
Photographs from 1928-2010 primarily relating to street improvements in Norfolk, Virginia, including drainage issues, flooding, parking, and street widening. There are also photographs on building construction and city redevelopment. Most of the photographs date from the 1950s-1960s.
