Roper. Upon his retirement as Mayor and Chairman of the Council." There is a table of contents showing addresses spoken by individuals with accompanying page numbers; addresses were given by H. H. Rumble, Thomas H. Willcox, James V. Trehy, Mrs. Frantz Nayor, Dr. J. W. Moore, Mr. Robert E. Steed, Mr. Maurice G. Long, and Mr. Albert L. Roper.
